Marketing Coordinator – Loyalty


The Role:

The Marketing Coordinator, Loyalty, position is an integral member of the marketing team, with accountability for supporting the Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers and wider business to execute the national marketing plan and objectives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this diverse role will cover all aspects of Marketing.

You will be primarily responsible for developing marketing plans aligned to marketing strategy and delivery and execution of integrated marketing plans across all channels.

This a diverse and varied role that will have exposure to all aspects of Marketing in a fun and fast paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • deliver new customer loyalty and retention programs that achieve business targets and maximise return on investment.
  • develop financial management processes and support in accruals, invoicing and budget tracking.
  • consider return on investment of marketing spend and ongoing optimisation for all activity.
  • build consideration of the AGL brand; including event activations, content and engagement programs.
  • embrace a test and learn culture, optimizing campaign programs and testing the use of channels, messages, creative and call to actions
  • collaborate with all members of marketing team.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or business-related field.
  • an understanding of marketing function across a range of mediums and channels, including digital, with campaign management experience.
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • proactive and analytical mindset with strong initiative.
  • the ability to manage time and competing priorities to deliver effective outcomes.
  • proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
