About the Role

An exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to create business centric, actionable insights that are not just about compiling data. The IT Excellence Reporting Lead will be responsible for identifying appropriate IT performance data and metrics to be incorporated into a consistent, regular, user friendly, delivery format. Using various query tools and processes to extract and format information from multiple sources/databases the analyst will then publish data into meaningful report layouts to support the operational requirements of various IT audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and design reporting requirements for various audiences. Design and implement tools to plan, coordinate, record and report the activities in the most efficient and automated ways.
  • Produce, publish and deliver identified reports through various channels such as e-mail, intranet, MS-Teams to the required audience using automated automation.
  • Design and develop dashboards using specific reporting tools, while identifying new reporting methods that will led to improvement in key metrics and quality analysis of data.
  • Analyse and identify key metrics conferring with stakeholders; design and implement methods of gathering metrics data and perform daily and weekly performance calculations and distribute reports on key metrics with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships, working close to produce presentations for technical teams and executives.

About You

  • Advanced analytic skills, utilising abstract reasoning techniques to build reporting logic, translate data and establish creative solutions.
  • Ability to perform complex data queries and mapping and experience designing complicated report layouts including time capture principles (timesheeting)
  • Expert level knowledge project management principles with experience of MS Office and task scheduling concepts
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple reporting requests in a deadline-driven environment
