About the Role

Join AGL in this exciting time of growth and transformation in our newly created eTIME System & Governance Partner role. Key to success will be the ability to provide effective functional support and technical expertise by building strong relationships across the business and driving engagement.

We are looking for a technical Kronos (eTIME) expert to collaborate across geographically dispersed organisational and management structures to maintain and improve business processes and integration. Working within a newly created team, you will have the opportunity to bring your proactive approach and strong project management skills to implement best practice.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Partner with business and FB&T resources to facilitate the identification, analysis and documentation of business needs and requirements for exception time management
  • Drive prioritisation of time & attendance future enhancements and innovation to drive best investment and value creation using agile methodologies
  • Support change control activities by providing input into test scenario identification, test script creation, test execution and review of user acceptance testing
  • Support the management of open work orders and incidents, including eTIME operational reporting requirements and hyper-finds, and prioritisation for closure with Payroll team, Time Administrators, stakeholders, SMEs and ADP
  • Provide 1st level support to business users to support daily processing activities, query & incident management
  • Support the provision of eTIME performance dashboards to provide insights on supplier contract compliance and operational performance management standards, and opportunities for process optimisation
  • Provide training to Time Administrators on the functionality of AGL’s eTIME system and exception time business processes

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Extensive proficiency in Kronos (eTIME)
  • Strong experience of process transformation and / or project management in time & attendance for large-scale matrix organisations with white and blue collar workforce
  • Solid understanding of industrial instruments, awards and NES in relation to time & attendance
  • Strong relationship management with effective business partnering and influencing across complex and geographically dispersed organisational and management structures
  • Ability to think laterally, challenge the accepted norms and to continually look at driving change and improvements in payroll business processes
  • Collaborative, outcome focused and positive approach to change and issue management
  • Confident and professional communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
