About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Collections Specialist & Team Leader, this role is responsible for credit management/collections activity across a SME and/or Residential portfolio of $20m-$30m/month ($240m p.a) / 1500 - 2000 accounts.
The purpose of this role is to maximise AGL’s strategic targets, focusing on maximising AGL’s cash flow and minimising bad debt, whilst maintaining a good customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop strong relationships whilst influencing and facilitating key relationships internally and externally.
