About the Role

Future Business function develops customer innovation strategy, product roadmap and identify new technologies. The business operations lead will be responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Build, maintain and improve processes for delivery of programs of work aligned to the team’s priorities
  • Identify tools (e.g. Teams, JIRA, SharePoint, Power BI, SAP etc.) and data management approaches required to mobilise work processes
  • Be accountable for tracking and reporting on team activities (including calendar maintenance, pipeline meetings, events etc.)
  • Provide authoritative and timely advice, reasoned recommendations and innovative options and solutions on issues to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders

About You

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • The ability to establish processes suitable for managing a portfolio of work, including appropriate risk/issue registers, portfolio dashboards, financial reporting, and other reporting materials as required
  • A creative mindset and be a strategic thinker to design & embed processes in an ambiguous environment
  • The ability to produce and manage high-quality communication and innovative material to drive discussions at forums, seminars, meetings etc
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to deliver and gather information, insights and ideas.
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong and trusted relationships and influence key stakeholders
