About the Role
Have you got experience in establishing assessment processes and frameworks to support more efficient and effective management of competency? This role will be for you!
Due to internal progression, a new opportunity has arisen for an applicant who has previous experience in training, competencies and managing the delivery of all training and assessment of skills.
In this role you will be solely responsible for managing your role autonomously whilst working within a team. Reporting to the Competency and Learning Manager, you will be highly proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems and will have demonstrated experience in influencing in terms of how training and competency should be managed.
