Job Summary

AECOM has a great opportunity for a

Scheduler on our Oasis program in Australia. The Scheduler will provide job planning and reporting within the Maintenance and logistics functions for In Town Services. The scheduler will be required to have an understanding and be proficient in the use of SAP, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements

  • NMV1 (AUS) Secret security clearance is required.
  • Provide technical and system (SAP) information and support to others as directed.
  • Undertake trend and statistical analysis on maintenance and logistics functions.
  • Experience in researching, compiling and interpreting information from development and presentation of reports.
  • Develop, maintain and review maintenance tasks and work orders within the system to help provide efficient use of the work force.
  • Develop and maintain efficient administration systems and procedures to ensure the program activities comply with business requirements.
  • Manage and monitor the timeliness and accuracy of the data entered into SAP
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • Current drivers’ license.
  • 1-2 years’ experience within a SAP Scheduling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Maintenance planning and scheduling certification
