Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for an

Maintenance Supervisor supporting our program in Alice Springs, Australia. The Maintenance Supervisor is required to provide a professional service in the supervision of an allocated functional area, including responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating, scheduling, training, mentoring, resource and performance management.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for a ream of tradespeople, across multiple trade skills

.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active TS (US) or TSPV (AUS) security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in applying best practice operations, technical and management principles.
  • Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and manage strategic and operational requirements for Operations and Maintenance.
  • Experience in maintenance planning and execution in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team and individual performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Solid experience in supervision and leadership, experience in a facilities environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications in leadership, management, and workplace training are highly regarded.
