Your Development

Our Growing Professional Skills (GPS) graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. The GPS program is spread across two years and comprises a range of core competencies and recommended training. As part of the program, we work with you to develop a plan, outlining your goals and required actions and provide training that will be reviewed every six months.

Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Ground Remediation Services team with a variety of tasks which include:

  • Water and soil sampling for contamination on various project sites across the state

  • Producing reports based on findings

  • Ability to, and interest in regular travel to project sites

  • Commitment to positive health and safety standards

  • Assist team and project managers by developing good working relationships with clients during the delivery of projects

  • Develop good relations with your team and other teams across the broader Environment team and other business areas and locationsKey Responsibilities

  • Undertaking/completion of a degree in Environmental Engineering, Science or Geology

  • Exposure or strong interest in Geo/ hydro Engineering

  • Experience in site work or strong interest in site-based work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills

  • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
