Job Summary

The Maintenance Planning Specialist is required to develop and monitor work schedules ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization The Maintenance Planning Specialist will also be responsible for the coordination of necessary permits and access authorities from stakeholders to facilitate timely and safe access to systems and equipment.

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrated experience in SAP and Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate, liaise and influence a range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks and follow through.

Understanding of EHS policies and procedures.

Uphold the Code of Conduct and adhere to Program ad Company policies.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Cert IV in Business Administration

Trade qualification

White card

Current drivers’ license

2 years experience in a similar role.
