Job Summary

The Business Process Specialist assists in researching and analyzing business process improvements to facilitate continuous improvement of organizational performance and effective resource utilization across multiple business disciplines.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of business, trade and technical environments and relevant terminology.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of SAP and Prometheus.

Ability to undertake detailed investigation and analysis.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate, liaise and influence a range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks and follow through.

Ability to lead, training and develop SAP and Prometheus expertise of other personnel.

Ensure personnel understands and follow procedures.

Ability to motivate a team to achieve defined outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to use initiative to identify innovative, effective and efficient methods of undertaking work.

Ability to assist in the development of new strategies and plans for future maintenance or operational support.

Understanding of EHS policies and procedures.

Uphold the Code of Conduct and adhere to Program ad Company policies.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

Current drivers’ license

2 years experience in a similar role using SAP
