Electrical Engineers - Building Services [Multiple Contract Roles]

Job Summary

In order to deliver our significant pipeline of work, AECOM’s Buildings & Places Business has several opportunities for Electrical Engineers to join our well-respected Building Services Practice in Brisbane on a contracting basis.

Utilising your strong technical skills and knowledge, you will work on a range of medium and large scale projects across the Defence, Education, Transportation, Leisure and Commercial sectors.

You will be an active contributor within the Electrical Engineering team – influencing the team’s success.

Current opportunities for Professional, Senior and/or Principal resources are available for an immediate start, on a 3 month contract - with possible extension based on project and workload.

Minimum Requirements

-

Building services background - Essential

-

Experience in the use of PowerCAD and AGI32 - Essential

-

Experience with Revit - Advantageous

-

Must have a good understanding of AS3000, AS1680, AS2293 and relevant Australian standards for electrical services associated with buildings

-

Demonstrated experience with writing electrical specifications

-

Effective communication skills and the ability to run projects without direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Required)

  • CPEng / RPEQ (Or working towards) – Highly advantageous
