Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a

Customer Service Representative supporting our program in Alice Springs, Australia.

The Customer Service Representative is the initial point of contract either by phone or in person for personnel engaging with OASIS Program at JDFPG. The role also encompasses providing administrative support as required on the program.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active TS (US) or TSPV (AUS) security clearance is required.

  • Competency and familiarity with SAP or similar.

  • Competency and familiarity with Microsoft office.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work will as part of a team as well as problem solve and resolved routine matters independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar relevant field is desirable.

  • 1 to 2 years demonstrated experience in an administrative role where customer service forms an integral part of successful performance is required.
