Corporate Receptionist

Job Summary

We have an unique opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Corporate Receptionist to join our AECOM team to provide administrative and business support to our Sydney offices.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls including meeting and greeting of corporate visitors to the Sydney office

  • Management of reception, lounge and business hub area, ensuring exceptional service and cleanliness at all times

  • Ordering of catering for the business

  • Key liaison with building management and building concierge dealing with visitor, contractor access

Minimum Requirements

  • Substantial relevant skills and work experience in a similar role

  • Ability to listen, clarify, understand and efficiently undertake directions

  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels

  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage time
