Your role as a Advice Assistant is to deliver on transactional and administrative activities according to advice client need, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction and compliant execution and national consistency of application. The role will also focus on providing an excellent, consistently applied on-boarding experience to clients new to ANZ Private Australia as well as exceeding the needs of ongoing Advice Clients.
Your role which reports to the Advice Client Services Manager will mainly provide a First Class Private Wealth experience but is within a wider collaborative Client Services team. You will also ensure the Advisor and the client are kept proactively informed of the status of implementation activities and queries.
