Administration Assistant - part time

Currently we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our expanding team. Based at our Geraldton office, this is a varied and busy role requiring you to provide administration support to the internal and project teams. This position is initially a part-time role, with opportunity to transition to full time.

You will be responsible for providing the efficient and effective coordination of internal procedures and process to support the business. You will be an integral part of our Geraldton team and tasked with a range of duties including; taking responsibility for preparing and coordinating information for the team, making travel bookings, creating purchase orders, accounts payable and reconciliation and providing general office administration.

To be a successful in this role we are seeking an individual with experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will have prior experience and the ability to prepare and reconcile purchase order and invoices (preferable using Jobpac, but not essential). As this new opportunity is varied you will possess exemplary organisational skills, a forward-thinking approach and the ability to manage and build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
