Administration Assistant

You will be supporting our highly regarded Darwin operation, working across markets and disciplines.  You will provide all facets of administrative support to ensure our projects are delivered accordingly and to a high standard.  Reporting to our lead Project Administrator, you will be competent in all facets of MS office, hold a current drivers’ license and the ability to obtain a defence clearance.

Your responsibilities within the role will include:

  • Providing general administration support to our Darwin team
  • Document control and archiving
  • Managing the internal and external mail
  • Completing project quality checks
  • Typing and formatting of correspondence and project documentation
  • Record meeting minutes and manage meeting actions
  • Providing client experience relief
  • Coordinating and participating in office events
  • Tasks include: processing and distribution of mail and couriers, maintenance of electronic and hard copy documentation, room bookings and presentation, catering and supplies, internal event coordination, maintain the pool car system, management of email inboxes, general office cleanliness, scanning and updating of registers.
