Tenure- Permanent Part-time opportunity (approximately three days per week, flexible hours)

Remuneration- Commencing from $59,170 plus 15% superannuation

Your new role

As the Assistant Group Secretary, you will be responsible for meeting the day-to-day secretariat needs of the main Board and its Committees, subsidiary company boards and senior executive team. You will report directly to the Group Secretary, who heads the Legal & Corporate Affairs division, in which the role sits. There is genuine scope to shape this role to suit the evolving needs of a business at the heart of one of the nation’s most dynamic sectors.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be an experienced and qualified governance practitioner, familiar with ASIC and Corporations Act requirements. You will be persuasive and able to communicate with influence at all levels. You will be reliable and trusted with an ability to develop rapport and confidence quickly. You will understand how your role contributes to the success of the organisation and be able to translate this into practice.
