Customer Service Officers (CSOs), otherwise known as ‘Check-in Agents’ are often the first point of contact that our customers see. They are the face of Jetstar and are required to undertake a variety of different tasks including - checking in, working on our self-check in kiosk, assisting passengers with special needs, working on the concourse and dealing with overweight baggage.

Our successful Customer Service Officers come from a variety of different customer service backgrounds from hospitality to retail sales, we look for people who are resilient, customer focused, safety aware and people who are able to deal with sticky situations.
