Icon Water supports me as a first time mum

I have recently returned from 12 months Maternity leave and am currently working under a flexible arrangement with Icon Water from Monday to Wednesday. It can be an overwhelming experience for a first time mum to have 12 months away face the challenges of childcare and transition back into the workplace.
Icon Water has supported me during this transition by offering flexible working arrangements and are always promoting that family comes first. The enables me to have a good work life balance and ensures that I don’t miss out on those special moments as a family.
